Summer Reading Program

Build a Better World Copyright Mark

Let's "Build a Better World" together this Summer!

Our annual Summer Reading Program will run from June 10th - July 28th

Come into the library to sign up at any time for the Children's, Teen, or Adult summer reading programs.  All of our summer reading events are listed on their own page, or as part of the general calendar of events

The Children's Summer Reading Program

Children can sign up for the Summer Reading Program starting Saturday, June 10th. They record their reading progress all summer and earn small prizes. There are also many extra events for children and their families throughout the summer - free to attend craft, games, movies, and activities every week.

The Teen Summer Reading Program

The Teen Summer Reading Program is for students in 5th - 12th grades - you can earn $20 for reading! There will also be free to attend weekly movie nights and other special events. You can download the reading log and other information here, but be sure to come into either library to register for the program.

The Adult Summer Reading Program

The Adult Summer Reading Program will run in June and July - participate in one month or both! Enjoy reading and learn new things about the library and our community each month as we Build a Better World together. This year's program is a bingo card - each bingo you fill out earns you a raffle ticket for that month. No need to register - just complete your bingo, fill out the entry information at the bottom of the page and return it to either library to be entered.

The last day to turn in your bingo cards (for either month) is Monday, July 31st.
