Garage Sale Ordinance

Utility Billing Office Hours 250 Main Street Old City Hall Building:

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday  10:00 am to 4:00 pm
• Closed during lunchtime from 1:00 to 2:00 pm
• Wednesday 10:00 am to 1:00 pm

 Garage Sale Permits must be purchased in person at the City's Utility Billing office at 250 Main Street. The cost of a permit is $33.

PROOF OF ADDRESS REQUIRED:

• Copy of utility bill such as water, PG&E or telephone bill 
• Driver's license

Penalty: Resolution 401-90 (CM)

The amount of $50 Dollars shall be the minimum cost for which a person shall be liable for the illegal posting of signs and handbill under the provisions of Chapter 5-32 of the Watsonville Municipal Code.
