The Community Development Department provides engineering services in reviewing and issuing permits for development in the City of Watsonville. These include reviewing proposals for new development, checking plans and issuing permits for new construction, reviewing and processing subdivision applications and reviewing applications and issuing permits for construction in the public streets.
