On Tuesday, June 27th, Public Works Outreach Team visited Northgate Apartments to provide residents a free recycling bin and explain the benefits of working together to save landfill space while diverting materials like plastic, glass, aluminum and paper for reuse.
Residents also learned about the Waste & Recycling Drop-off Center located at 320 Harvest Dr. This facility accepts other household garbage such as tires, mattresses, appliances, wood and yard waste.
