The City of Watsonville is inviting all interested and qualified professionals with proven experience in Professional Occupational Health and Safety Consulting Services. The required services and performance conditions are described in the Scope of Work. This set of services will be awarded to one firm. 

                       

The City of Watsonville is seeking a qualified consultant that will deliver a broad range of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) services and training programs that are compliant with all federal, state and local laws and regulations. The consultant will be responsible for supplementing and enhancing the current City of Watsonville Injury and Illness Prevention Program by providing detailed and comprehensive consultation and training on specific work related hazards. 

                   

The successful bidder will provide qualified technical and professional staff to work with the City of Watsonville and Risk management staff. The consultant may be required to inspect, identify, and evaluate occupational hazards, at the City’s facilities and worksites, and create and implement training programs for specific departments. The consultant will be responsible for providing necessary reports and records in a timely manner. The consultant may also provide assistance in the review and modification of City occupational health and safety programs and procedures, conduct safety audits, and generate work procedures. 

                   

The City requests pricing rates for the mentioned services including the delivery of training, and program development, safety inspections/audits, and the generation of work procedures. Please provide the daily and half-day rates and the estimated cost per hour for document preparation (if not included in the daily rates) in the attached fee proposal.
