[ARCHIVED] Call to Artists: BiblioVan Artwork

a white van in a parking log

We're looking for someone to create a great design/artwork for our new library BiblioVan.

The Watsonville Public Library is inviting the public to submit artwork for a wrap design for the Library’s first ever bookmobile van. The selected artwork will be featured on the vehicle (Ford Transit Connect Outreach Van) and for other promotional materials such as posters and library website designs.

The selected participant will receive $500, and the library will retain usage rights to the design.

Participation is open to anyone over the age of 16 who live, work, or attend school in the Greater Pajaro Valley, including Watsonville and Freedom.  All artwork must be original and the work of the registered applicant.

Participants may submit up to three pieces of artwork for consideration with their application. The application deadline is Wednesday, June 12th, 2019.

Artwork will be reviewed in June and selected by a panel of librarians and community members.
