Have you ever wondered how prepared are you for a natural disaster?

The City of Watsonville has recently embarked on developing a Local Hazard Mitigation Plan to identify potential natural disasters in our community.    


Remember to attend one of our upcoming community planning meetings.

Having a Local Hazard Mitigation Plan will allow the City to apply for certain state and federal grants. While including the same information in the Community Rating System which will help lower flood insurance costs for those that have flood insurance through the National Flood Insurance Program.
